What is life coaching?

A process of helping clients to organize their thoughts, feelings, and aspirations to better work towards their goals. Coaching can be useful in business, career, health, relationships, and finances and in enhancing overall quality of life.

 

Nice! So I don’t need therapy, right?

Coaching is not therapy. Therapy is a medical practice with the intention of healing trauma and addressing past circumstances. Coaching may tap into the history of the client, but only for the purpose of connecting that history with the present. Although therapy and coaching are different, they work very well concurrently and we are willing to work with our clients’ therapists to optimize results.

 

What can I expect from a coaching session?

Our sessions are completely designed to your needs. We start each session with a temperature check, then allow the client to decide what will be addressed as an attainable goal. The coach will use powerful questioning, self assessment tools, meditative activities, and spiritual insight to aid in client’s flow of thought until client decides goal has been met or properly assessed. (Yes! We can do this in 30-60 mins.)
